Discovery Workshops, Product Design, Design System & Components for a three-sided NFT marketplace designeD in 3 months.
#1 Seed Phase
How might we use data to help our customers make the best NFT investment at any time?
How might we efficiently use real estate agents to help customers make the best investment decision?
Can we use AI to suggest the best investment opportunities in the metaverse to our customers?
#2 Exploration phase
To kick off the design process, we conducted two remote workshops to identify and prioritize the critical challenges.
We rapidly speed up the design process by involving the VerseProp founders, development leads, and the marketing manager as the knowledge experts.
We have compiled a list of essential functionalities to be included in the MVP and prioritized them accordingly.
Additionally, we have provided suggestions for features that can be developed in the future to ensure the long-term success of the NFT marketplace.
#3 Craft phase
Display how each offer perform compared with nearby properties.
See the price and demand for a property compared to nearby properties.
Contact VerseProp's verified agents to help you identify the best opportunities in the market.
Connect your wallet and find the best properties from Sandbox, Decentraland, or Somnium.
#4 completion Phase
VerseProp distinguishes itself from other NFT marketplaces with its distinctive blend of technology and features. By combining AI, big data, and human behavior, we've created an exceptional solution set to launch in Q4 2022.
I had the privilege of collaborating with the skilled team at VerseProp to create a data-driven marketplace for digital properties. As the only Product Designer, I drove the project's strategy and executed the user experience and interface.
Takeaway. It was a pleasure to collaborate with an excellent team that had faith in my methodology, and the product's final design made everyone proud.
Lessons. During our initial strategy sessions, I failed to identify every outcome. This experience taught me that asking many questions is crucial and should take priority over making assumptions.
